A non-profit respecting the dignity of every person, LiftUp serves the Routt County community by providing resources and assistance to meet basic human needs and strengthen self-sufficiency. LiftUp consistency serves 1 in 10 neighbors through a wide range of assistance including Food Banks, Government Food Programs, Healthcare, Housing, Utility, Hope for the Future Scholarship, Rocket Pack Program, and Thrift Store vouchers. LiftUp is funded through donations, grants, in-kind goods, and a Thrift Store.
